Definition of Further
Not a word of strict legal or technical import, and may be used to introduce negation or qualification of some precedent matter, but generally when used as an adverb it is word of comparison, and means "additional,” and is equivalent to "moreover, or furthermore, something beyond what has been said or likewise, or also.” Wider, or fuller, or something new. Occasionally it may mean any, future, or other.
