Definition of Furnish
To supply, provide, or equip, for accomplishment of a particular purpose. As used in the liquor laws, "furnish” means to provide in any way, and includes giving as well as selling. As used in the Controlled Substances Act, means to provide or supply and connotes a transfer of possession. Walker v. State, Ala.Cr.App., 428 So.2d 139, 141.
