Definition of Frequenter
Any person not an employee who may go in or be in place of employment or public building under circumstances which render him other than trespasser. An employee of an independent contractor working upon the premises of an owner is a "frequenter” working in a place of employment. Young v. Anaconda Am. Brass Co., 43 Wis.2d 36, 168 N.W.2d 112, 117.
