Definition of Flexible participation scheme
A scheme whereby sum of money is given to member of audience holding registered number drawn from a hopper at theater. The scheme is one form of a lottery. Commonwealth v. Lund, 142 Pa.Super. 208, 15 A.2d 839, 846.
