Type of general zoning ordinance which excludes apartment houses, businesses, retail shops and the like from a residential zone; name is derived from case of Village of Euclid, Ohio et al. v. Ambler Realty Co., 272 U.S. 365, 47 S.Ct. 114, 71 L.Ed. 303.
