Definition of Entitle
In its usualsense, to entitle is to give a right or legal title to. Schmidt v. Gibbons, 101 Ariz. 222, 418 P.2d 378, 380. To qualify for; to furnish with proper grounds for seeking or claiming. In ecclesiastical law, to entitle is to give a title or ordination as a minister.
