Definition of Eastman Formula
In determining fixed charges under railroad reorganization plan, the “Eastman Formula” is that such charges should not exceed 80 per cent, of the net available for interest in the three worst years of the last ten. In re Denver & R. G. W. R. Co., D.C.Colo., 38 F.Supp. 106, 110.
