Definition of DISPLAY
An opening or unfolding, exhibition, manifestation, ostentatious show, exhibition for effect, parade. 20th Century Lites v. Goodman, 64 Cal.App.2d Supp., 938, 149 P.2d 88, 91.
As applied to printing, means a varying arrangement of lines, as by the use of unequal lengths or different styles or sizes of typefaces; also matter thus printed. Display advertising means advertising not under specific headings in newspapers, magazines and trade papers. Rust v. Missouri Dental Board, 348 Mo. 616, 155 S.W.2d 80, 85.
