Definition of DEVISEE
The person to whom lands or other real property are devised or given by will. 1 Pow. Dev. c. 7. In re Lewis' Estate, 39 Nev, 445, 159 P. 961, 962, 4 A.L.R. 241.
Residuary Devisee
The person named in a will, who is to take all the real property remaining over and above the other devises.
