Definition of DESERVING
Worthy or meritorious, without regard to condition or circumstances. In no sense of the word is it limited to persons in need of assistance, or objects which come within the class of charitable uses. Nichols v. Allen, 130 Mass. 211, 39 Am.Rep. 445.
