This term is held to be exactly equivalent with  "restraint." Edmondson v. Harris, 2 Tenn.Ch. 427. An abridgement of liberty or hindrance of the will,  identical in meaning with  the  word "compulsion." Edmondson v. Harris,  2 Tenn.Ch. 427.
