What is BRACERY? Definition of BRACERY in Black's Law Dictionary 

The statute of 32 Hen. VIII, c. 9, to prevent the buying and selling of pretended rights or titles, is commonly called "the Bill of Bracery and buying of titles." Cain v. Monroe, 23 Ga. 82, 86, 89, 94; Webb v. Camp, 26 Ga. 354, 357.
