What is AWAY-GOING CROP?
A crop sown before the expiration of a tenancy, which cannot ripen until after its expiration to which, however, the tenant is entitled. Broom, Max. 412; Miller v. Gray, Tex. Civ.App., 108 S.W.2d 265, 267, 268.
