But within meaning of an application for a benefit cer- tificate, it is something which substantially impairs the health of the applicant, materially weakens the vigor of his constitution, or seriously deranges his vital functions, thereby excluding chronic rheumatism. And in life insurance application does not include mere temporary indisposition, which, though requiring medical treatment, is readily remediable. Zogg v.
