Definition of DEPRAVED MIND
An inherent deficiency of moral sense and rectitude, equivalent to statutory phrase "depravity of heart" defined as highest grade of malice. Ramsey v. State, 114 Fla. 766, 154 So. 855.
A mind which may become inflamed by liquor and passion to such a Degre that it ceases to care for human life and safety is a "depraved mind." State v. Weltz, 155 Minn. 143, 193 N.W. 42, 44.
