Definition of Estate from period to period
An estate continuing for successive periods of a year, or successive periods of a fraction of a year, unless it is terminated. PitneyBowes Postage Meter Co. v. United States, D.C. Conn., 57 F.Supp. 365, 366. Also called "tenancy from period to period”; or “periodic estate”.
