Definition of Execution Lien
An execution lien may be created by service of execution, levy upon real estate, and filing of a certificate of levy in the proper office of county in which real estate is located. Reconstruction Finance Corporation v. Maley, C.C.A.I11., 125 F.2d 131, 135.
