Definition of Extra Dotal Property
In Louisiana this term is used to designate that property which forms no part of the dowry of a woman, and which is also called “paraphernal property.” Fleitas v. Richardson, 147 U.S. 550, 13 S.Ct. 495, 37 L.Ed. 276.
