Definition of DISTILLERY
The strict meaning of "distillery" is a place or building where alcoholic liquors are distilled or manufactured; not every building where the process of distillation is used. U. S. v. Blaisdell, 24 Fed.Cas. 1162; Atlantic Dock Co. v. Leavitt, 54 N.Y. 35, 13 Am.Rep. 556.
