To give personal property by will to another. Fielding v. Alkire, 124 Kan. 592, 261 597, 599. It therefore is distinguishable from "devise," which is properly used of realty. Stubbs v. Abel, 114 Or. 610, 233 P. 852, 857; Fleck v. Harmstad, 155 A. 875, 876, 304 Pa. 302, 77 A.L.R. 874.

But if the context clearly shows the intention of the testator to use the word "bequeath" as synonymous with "devise." it may be held to pass real property. Stubbs v. Abel, 114 Or. 610, 233 P. 852, 859.
